An introductory workshop on diet and nutrition and the role it can play in establishing a healthier lifestyle. During the interactive workshop participants will learn to assess the healthiness of their current diet and learn how to modify it to become healthier. Prior to attending this workshop participants will be asked to complete a self-nutrition assessment questionnaire. This questionnaire will then be reviewed with direction given on how to simply and effectively improve eating habits. Specialized diet performance diaries are also introduced for self-monitoring enabling you to gauge improvements in such things as concentration, energy, weight, body shape, hydration and food awareness.
The aim of this interactive workshop is to broaden participant's knowledge of what they are actually eating from a nutritional perspective whilst dining out. Lily Hamdan goes through some of Sydney's top restaurant menus during this workshop in what is a quite practical and enlightening session.

Here we offer a series of unique nutritional cooking workshops covering easy and effective ways to cook healthy meals. Breakfast meals will be covered initially followed by a series of lunch and evening meals all of which are very appealing as well as easy to prepare. All meals are cooked on site in what are a very informal and interactive series of workshops. Participants can also ask questions about modifying their own favorite recipes for better health. Specific workshops of vegetarian cooking classes and Mediterranean cooking classes can be prepared as required.
