Dr Buttifant is a highly experienced Sports Scientist having worked with elite athletes at the NSW Institute of Sport as well as with many other high profile sports teams and individuals.

Brief Overview

The workshop has been adapted from programmes that are being successfully used to maximise the performance of world-class athletes and elite sports people after periods of jet travel.
